Boy, Did We Get A Valentine

On Valentine's Day we got the best kind of Valentine, a new baby! He was 7 lbs. 10 oz. and 20 1/2" long. Christine had been feeling some contractions throughout the day, but she had so many through the 9 months she kind of dismissed them until about 2:00pm when she called me and said these aren't gong away. After dropping Claire off we finally arrived at the hospital after 4:00pm and by then this baby was not going to wait any longer. They quickly got Christine a room and at 6:24 pm he was born.

Mom and baby are doing great. Claire couldn't be more excited to finally have a little baby brother. More later... and oh yeah, Happy Valentine's Day.
