First Day of School
Claire has officially been in preschool for 1 week. She loves it. She has a hook for her backpack, a cubby for her folder, and she gets snacks everyday. It's awesome. Here are the highlights from her first day. We got to check out her classroom and see all the neat toys. She sang songs and made a duck hat (it's really cute). After school we celebrated with a diet coke (my favorite) and peach pie (we didn't even use plates). Then we made macaroni necklaces. Not bad, eh?

wow - what a good mom you are. you do atrs and crafts with her after school? and you bake. man, you are a catch. i love miss claires long locks too. i am jealous, jane will never have that.. and neither will i.
I can't believe she is old enough to go to school. You are a good mom to have crafts! Next time I am in town I am going to come over and hope that you will have some crafts for me to do!
